Step 1: Create Account

Create your AD Unlock account and tenant.

Prerequisites

Before starting

  • Azure AD or Google account for authentication
  • Email address for account notifications

Steps

1. Go to Admin Portal

Navigate to admin.adunlock.me 

2. Sign In

Click Sign In and choose your identity provider:

  • Azure AD - Recommended for Microsoft environments
  • Google - Alternative option

Your identity provider is used for authentication only. AD Unlock does not access your Azure AD or Google data.

3. Complete Registration

After signing in, you’ll be prompted to:

  1. Organization Name - Your company name (e.g., “Acme Corp”)
  2. Subdomain - Your tenant identifier (e.g., “acme” → acme.adunlock.me)
  3. Admin Email - For notifications and alerts

4. Verify Email

Check your email for a verification link and click to confirm.

Expected Result

After verification, you’ll be redirected to the Admin Portal dashboard:

What’s Created

When you create a tenant, AD Unlock provisions:
