User Enrollment

Users must be enrolled before they can use AD Unlock.

Enrollment Methods

Manual Enrollment

  1. Go to UsersEnroll User
  2. Search for AD user
  3. Enter WhatsApp number
  4. Click Enroll

Bulk Enrollment

  1. Go to UsersBulk Enroll
  2. Upload CSV file:
    username,phone john.doe,+5511999999999 jane.smith,+5511888888888
  3. Review and confirm

Self-Enrollment (Optional)

If enabled:

  1. User sends “register” to WhatsApp
  2. System prompts for employee ID
  3. User verifies via email OTP
  4. Enrollment complete

User Actions

  • Edit: Update phone number
  • Disable: Temporarily block self-service
  • Remove: Delete enrollment

Phone Number Format

Always use international format:

No spaces, dashes, or parentheses.

Best Practices

  1. Verify phone ownership: Confirm the phone belongs to the employee
  2. Use work phones: Prefer work mobile numbers
  3. Regular audits: Review enrollment list periodically
  4. Remove departed users: Clean up when employees leave
