Learn how to review and manage self-service requests.

Request List

Navigate to Requests to see all requests:

Request Details

Click a request to see full details:

User Information

  • AD Account: username@domain
  • Display Name: Full name
  • Department: From AD
  • WhatsApp: Phone number used

Request Information

  • Action: Unlock or Password Reset
  • Requested At: Timestamp
  • IP Location: If available
  • Device: WhatsApp device info

Risk Assessment

Shows all risk factors:

FactorPoints
Outside business hours+20
Weekend request+15
Privileged group member+50
Multiple requests today+25
Failed OTP attempts+10 each

Verification

  • Method: OTP via Email
  • Status: Verified / Failed
  • Attempts: Number of attempts

Approving Requests

For pending requests:

  1. Review the risk factors
  2. Check user verification status
  3. Click Approve or Deny
  4. Optionally add a comment

Bulk Actions

Select multiple requests and:

  • Approve all
  • Deny all

Filtering Requests

Filter by:

  • Status: Pending, Completed, Denied
  • Action: Unlock, Reset
  • Risk Level: Low, Medium, High
  • Date Range
  • User search

Exporting

Export requests for reporting:

  • CSV format
  • Include all fields
  • Filtered or all data
